The East Coast Rugby Players Trust is currently seeking members to support the goals and direction of the Trust. If you wish to register your support, please use the form below and send a cheque or make a direct credit to the Trust's bank account using the details provided below. Please provide your contact details to allow the trust to inform you of any updates and decisions that they have made. Your name will then be entered into the members page and you will receive newsletters as they become available.

If you would like to become a member of the East Coast Rugby Players Trust, please complete the form below and make a payment to the Trust using either a cheque or direct debit.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to to be enrolled as an ordinary member of the East Coast Players Trust and will forward your membership fee for the year 2004 to the Trust, either by posting a cheque or by using a direct credit facility. The fee is for a minimum of $120 but may be increased to whatever amount you choose.

[For applicants who may wish to arrange for their fee to be direct credited, the Trust's bank account is available by contacting the secretary of the Trust using the details provided below. If a direct credit payment is being made, please remember to also complete this online application form.
